IHSA Patched Baseball Umpire Job Application (17 years or older) No Fee to Apply Register here if you wish apply for a IHSA Patched baseball Umpire job. The applicant must provide their IHSA Patch number. The applicant must be able to commit to assigned games. If the applicant is over 18 years of age and not a High School student you must agree to a criminal background check prior to being assigned games. Games will be assigned based on preferred area and planned with the Umpire Coordinator. You will need to create an account to register.
